Supporting corruption is not Christianity- Osinbajo to Plateau Christians

Vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Yemi Osinbajo in an interactive session with the Plateau State Christian leaders said the reason why PDP wants to win at all cost is because they don’t want to be held accountable saying “they pretend that they are fighting for the Christian faith but they are instead fighting change”.

Osinbajo admonishes Christians in the state to be the salt and light of the world according to the scriptures and allow their actions to be governed by Justice and fairness to all.

He warned them to be aware and resist the plan to use religion to deceive them into voting for PDP saying they cannot fight corruption in the guise of protecting their religion.

During an question and answer session, he cleared the air on the notion that the presidential candidate of APC General Buhari is an Islamic fanatic, saying it is a propaganda, “no President of Nigeria has ever attended an OIC meeting until 2015”.

On the alleged agreement he has to relinquishes power toTinubu, Osinbajo said as a learned person who served under the Lagos State Ministry of Justice with an Independent Justice system second to none in this country he said any agreement contrary to public policy is illegal and will not stand.

The event graced by Christian Leaders across the state was graced by APC Christian stakeholders led by the State Gubernatorial Candidate Barr Simon Lalong and his Deputy Prof Sonni Tyoden, State Party Chairman Hon Latep Dabang, Traditional rulers and Women/Youth groups.
