Irigwe community in Jos paid a courtesy call to speaker Hon Peter Azi

The Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly Hon. Peter Azi said the All Progressive Congress slogan of change is not about changing from PDP to APC government but it is about change of attitude to better the society, speaker stated these when the Irigwe community resident in Jos North paid him a courtesy visit at the House of Assembly complex in Jos.

The speaker who showed appreciation for the visit of the Irigwe community of Jos north said he should have gone to thank them first considering the fact that they were the first community to give him their blessings as he set out to seek election in the state house of assembly, Azi said although this is not the first time he is coming out in politics, he admitted that it is not going to be easy therefore the need them to pray for him.

Earlier traditional leader of Irigwe people in Jos north, Richard Ronku said they came to celebrate with the speaker over his victory at the polls and his elevation  as speaker, adding that their decision to support him has paid up after all. Highlight of the visit were prayers offered for the speaker and presentation of the congratulatory card to him.
