The Secretariat Junction fly over constructed by PW Nigeria LTD will be ready for use by commuters next week. Permanent secretary Plateau State Ministry of Works and Transport Sunday Hyat drop the cheering news while inspecting the ongoing project under the Ministry.
The project was awarded by the last Administration and in line with the continuity philosophy of the present Administration, the people of the State were assured of the completion of all the projects started by the last administration.
PW Nigeria Ltd, one of the Contractors awarded with the Secretariat fly over as well as the British American, Mararaban Jama’a road dualization and the 31 km Maza, Anguwari road in Jos East Local Government area mobilized to site almost immediately Governor lalong assume office.
While inspecting the projects, permanent Secretary Ministry s of Works and Transport, Sunday Hyat explained that he was satisfied with the level and quality of work so far carried out by PW Nigeria LTD. Saying even though the year is coming to an end and Contractors are planning on going on holidays Hyat commended the Contractor for showing commitment towards completing the fly over Bridge on schedule.
Hyat said apart from the Bridge, the right link of the work at the Secretariat Junction to D B Zang, will be awarded and made ready for motorist very soon, mean time work at the Old Airpot Junction Roundabout and that of the Miango Junction are ongoing.
